The quality of your product was over and above my expectations. My venue was transformed from an old school gym into a beautiful ballroom.
From my first consultation with Mark I felt confident that Spirited would provide all that we agreed and was not disappointed. Mark listened to my desires and shared his thoughts and together we created the theme and ambience for my party.
On the day of my party we encountered many obstacles but Mark and the team remained calm, reassuring and professional, each problem was dealt with and solved.
Safety was paramount to the team and not compromised at all during set up and clearing away and the party was ready on time.

Gitte Bartlett - 40th Birthday Party - The room was awesome!!! I had a friend of mine bring me a cake of the Taj Mahal earlier in the day and she phoned me as soon as she left the hotel full of excitement and praise. I wanted to text you there and then but had at that point completely lost the plot - I don't think I am a natural party organiser. Honestly though it was better than I had imagined, everybody loved it and you are such a star!!! I think the hotel staff were impressed too, apparently they kept coming in to see it whilst my friend was there - cool hey!
