Brief:
To create an exciting and inspiring event for 500 guests to raise money for various charities based in the Berkshire area.
Spirited were provided with a pink card with black flock design and a suggestion of Las Vegas/Moulin Rouge.
End Result:
A clear-span marquee provided the ideal structure for this event providing optimum space whilst remaining within budget.
The entrance marquee remained simply Black and White in order to create impact upon drawing back the red curtains to reveal the main marquee. Black and White Showgirls and Boys and 8ft Black Glittered Candelabra gave a gentle taster of what was to come.
Black linings throughout he main marquee provided the backdrop for Red and Cerise Satin Draping. Around the perimeter of the marquee stood Back-Lit Silhouetted Screens in Red, Cerise and Orange depicting Showgirls in various guises creating an element of movement and excitement whilst introducing colour into these areas. Corners were filled with hanging Paper Lanterns in Cerise, Red, Orange and Black and ceilings were bedecked with Bespoke Feathered Chandeliers, Mirror Balls and Rotating Showgirls to draw the eye upward.
Further Showgirls and Showboys filled other areas such as the stage and corners of the dance floor and tables were awash with Black Glittered Long Necked Heads on plinths wearing Brightly Coloured Showgirl Head-Dresses sat upon Bright Slip Cloths to compliment and surrounded by T-Lites to create a sparkling result.
